Guest Idea 4: Emergency Back Pockets
OK. This idea is from someone who would like to remain anonymous. Which is a shame because it's a good one. But we should respect their wishes. So let's call them Ben Jensen. (That's not actually their real name by the way, in some weird double-bluff type thing. In fact, they might not even be male. So there.)
Anyway, here's their idea. I hope like me you appreciate the slight stream-of-consciousness feel to the way it's written. Good energy. Over to Ben:
"You know when you need a bandaid, or a paracetamol, or a safety pin or even a paperclip or some sticky tape...And, as I've done many a time, I've asked the person I'm with, or the person sitting next to me on the tube, "Have you got a paperclip?". And the joke, or the silly response is "yeah, in my back pocket". And the other person will PRETEND to put their hand in their pocket and pull out a paperclip, pair of scissors etc. Well that's what we used to do in highschool: "Of course ive got scissors - in my back pocket - are you stupid?".
Anyway, what if someone could produce / make a "backpocket" which was like a survival kit for everyone that contained a bandaid, paperclip, safetypin, STAMP, tweezers, paracetamol, etc. It really would be a backpocket.
Just imagine how nice the world could be..."
What a lovely thought - the world made a better place by back pockets. Thanks Ben. Whoever you are.
Anyway, there's still more guest ideas to come. But if you have one you're dying to get out there, please drop me a line. Even if you've had one appear already, but you have more, just drop me a note and I'll stick it up.
