Idea 41: Yo! Bangers and Mash
People love party food - small size servings where they can have a range of different things at the same time. The conveyor belt approach at Yo! Sushi has proved to be a big success. Likewise, the increase in tapa restaurants in recent years.
So it might be fun to have a version which serves small versions of classic British dishes (which given the recent increase in their popularity thanks to St. John et. al, is also "on-trend" (apologies for using that phrase)). So bangers and mash, toad in the hole, cornish pasties, beef and yorkshire pudding and bread and butter pudding amongst others.
All served on a conveyor belt obviously.
